Payment & Refund Policy

This policy outlines the fee payment procedures and refund terms applicable to Vidyashilp School, Sarjapur.

1. Fee Payment

• All fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated by the school's admissions office.
• Fees can be paid via bank transfer, cheque, demand draft, or through authorised online payment gateways.
• Fee receipts will be issued upon successful realisation of payment.
• Late payment may attract a penalty as specified in the fee schedule.

2. Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee is charged at the time of submitting the admission application. This fee covers the cost of processing the application and is not adjustable against any other fee.

3. Admission Confirmation Fee

Upon offer of admission, a confirmation fee must be paid within the stipulated time to secure the seat. This fee is non-refundable except under the circumstances described below.

4. Refund Policy

• Withdrawal before commencement of academic year: A partial refund (excluding registration and processing fees) may be considered upon written request, subject to approval by the school management.
• Withdrawal after commencement of academic year: No refund will be provided for fees paid for the current term.
• Caution Deposit: Any refundable caution deposit (if applicable) will be returned within 60 days of the student's official withdrawal, after deducting any outstanding dues.

5. Fee Revision

The school reserves the right to revise fees from one academic year to the next. Parents will be notified of any revisions in advance through official communication.

6. Disputed Payments

Any payment disputes must be raised in writing within 15 days of the payment date. The school's Finance Department will investigate and resolve disputes within 30 working days.

7. Online Payment Security

Online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Vidyashilp School, Sarjapur does not store credit/debit card details. In case of a failed transaction where the amount has been debited, please contact our accounts office with the transaction reference number.
